    Juliette Pierangelo

    After graduating from INSA Lyon in 2008 with a degree in mechanical and design engineering, Juliette Pierangelo completed her studies with a specialized Master's degree in technical direction of live performances at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Arts et Techniques du Théâtre (ENSATT).

    She began her professional career with experiences in stage installation companies, stage design and stage management and technical direction assistance. In January 2013 she created her own design office as a scenographer engineer.

    For the past ten years, she has been teaching at La Manufacture, in the CFC Techniscéniste and the Master in Theatre in Scenography programs.

    As an engineer, she participated in the technical design of various sets and stage installations in collaboration with, among others, the Dijon Opera, the Théâtre National de l'Opéra Comique, the Stade de France, the Grand Théâtre de Genève, the Comédie de Genève, the dance company Alias or Scène Concept, a company specialized in artist flights throughout the world.

    She has worked for various types of venues, such as the Théâtre National de Chaillot, the Théâtre Forum Meyrin, the Samaritaine, the Pontarlier congress center, the Estavayer le Lac community hall, the Théâtre du Loup in Geneva, etc.

    She is currently an equipment scenographer for the renovation of the century-old, all-wooden Jorat theater in Mézières, Switzerland.

    Since 2018, she has been working in the project management team of Nieto Sobejano Arquitectos, on the Cité du Théâtre, in Paris, which will include seven performance spaces for the Comédie Française, the Théâtre National de l'Odéon and the Conservatoire National Supérieur d'Art Dramatique.
