Mathieu Menghini
Formerly director of the Centre culturel neuchâtelois, the Théâtre du Crochetan and the Théâtre Forum Meyrin, advisor to the national foundation Pro Helvetia, and columnist on Espace 2, Mathieu Menghini is currently employed at the University of Applied Sciences of Western Switzerland; he is in charge of teaching in the history and practice of cultural action and holds several mandates of public policy in the field of culture (missions of La Nouvelle Comédie in Geneva, of the CREA in the canton of Jura, of the ARS network in the canton of Bern, etc. ). In 2013, he was appointed member of the Federal Theatre Jury by the Federal Council.
Based at the Haute École de travail social de Genève, he collaborates with La Manufacture - Haute école des arts de la scène, the universities of Lausanne and Geneva as well as with the École nationale supérieure des beaux-arts de Paris on issues of cultural mediation and the management of cultural institutions. He is also a columnist for the French-speaking daily newspaper Le Courrier and in 2016 created La Marmite, a multidisciplinary cultural action project.
