Thierry Thieû Niang

Thierry Thieû Niang is a dancer and choreographer. In parallel to his creative career, he initiates choreographic research workshops with professionals and amateurs, children, teenagers, adults and seniors, autistic people and prisoners.

He collaborates with various directors, choreographers, actors and musicians for shared creations.

An Officier des arts et des lettres, winner of the Villa Médicis Hors les Murs, the Unesco-Aschberg Foundation and the SACD Choreographer Prize, he works with art schools, higher conservatories of dramatic and choreographic art, neighbourhood associations, hospitals and prisons in various cities in France and abroad.
